Meet Alexandra from The Perennial Line

Hello, I’m Alexandra! I’m a physical therapist with a passion for health, delicious food, happy movement, and creating a healthy lifestyle to avoid those all-too-common chronic conditions that seem to be plaguing more and more people. 

I live outside of Houston with my husband, George, working in orthopedic and home health physical therapy, which gave me a passion for holistic wellness. This is your go to blog for a healthy life giving you the tools to keep spending time with your family and friends and living a happy life through natural, holistic health.
